My absolute favorite dish I've had in the USA is right here at Lemongrass: the yellow chicken curry (spice level 7). I've had it here now 3 times spread across a couple years and it is extremely consistent and delicious. The vibe is so awesome in the best casino in Vegas and the people working is so awesome. I dream about this meal a lot.

The service was great. Our waitress gave excellent recommendations. Our food came out relatively fast which was nice. I also didn't feel rushed to leave when I was done. I enjoy hanging out after a meal. It was a chill place that would probably get louder as it gets more crowded. We arrived at the beginning of the dinner rush so it wasn't too bad

If you want a higher end style of Thai food this is the place. The ambience was so nice and "elegant" that it didn't even feel like a traditional Thai restaurant. My husband and I love getting Thai food and this is on our top list. It is on the pricier side but the quality of food is amazing. We always order the Panang curry and pad Thai with a few appetizers. I will say their spicy level is SPICCYYY so be careful. Their staff was super friendly and very attentive to us, which I would expect being in the aria. Overall I would definitely reccomend! 9/10!

I came here with colleagues to grab dinner after a long day at a conference. This place has a very nice ambiance and stylish decor. We started with some lemongrass tea and egg rolls to share. The tea was refreshing and just what we needed to relax after a long day. For an entrée, I got the basil shrimp, which was pretty good. My colleagues ordered several different entrées and thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. Friendly staff and great service.

I walked up as a single and was seated within about 5 minutes. I had a table with perfect lighting as you can see by my picture of the glass of water. Made food presentation look really good! Waitstaff was attentive. Took my order right away. I ordered pot stickers and pad thai with chicken. Pot stickers came out pretty quickly. They were as good as expected. I'm not sure how you improve on the formula. Pad Thai took a little while but when I received it, it looked so good I forgot to take a photo before digging in. The size of the chicken is pretty big that I had to cut a few pieces. Taste was great. I did go with hot level of 3 based on the reviews of this place. 3 was pretty tame which surprised me. I was expecting hotter as I'm not a spice connoisseur. I'd go 4 next time.

So glad to have discovered Lemongrass! Made a reservation and our table was ready right on time. Service throughout the meal was wonderful. The Crispy Pork with Chinese Broccoli ($35) was an amazing choice! Excellent flavors. I ordered a bowl of rice on the side, which went well well this dish. Also loved the Lemongrass Mussel ($43), which was New Zealand steamed Mussels, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, shallots, galangal served with spicy seafood sauce. I really enjoyed the Thai Iced Tea as my drink. For dessert, I recommend the Paradise Toast, which was super unique! Butter toasted thick bread, Thai tea ice cream topped with honey, condensed milk, and sala syrup. So glad I tried this; I'd definitely get it again.

This is an absolutely beautiful Thai fusion restaurant located inside the Aria hotel and casino. We came here for dinner on a Sunday night and it was not too busy. The menu had a number of traditional thai dishes along with some fusion ones. I had the Green curry with chicken and my boyfriend has the pad kee mao (drunken noodles). Be careful of the spice levels. It goes to 10. 3 was spicy enough and I can handle spice! The drinks were also mixed well. Despite being in the aria, this spot was not crazy priced and very affordable!

... do as the Arians do? Lemongrass is a Thai restaurant that is reportedly the first located in a Strip casino. You can find it down a massive hallway that starts near the grand escalators at Aria, and maybe you'll laugh too when you see that the hallway leads to Lemongrass, a baccarat room, and a Chinese cuisine spot. I was seated easily in the early evening thanks to a friend who had a high player's card status at the casino (and, full disclosure, he comped the food while I tipped). We weren't doing family-style, and I wasn't that hungry after a brunch buffet, so I picked out a lone entree to try, the Panang Curry with Duck ($32.00). The food came out quickly enough, and I got to enjoying it almost as quickly. The star of the dish is actually the curry, which is rich and has plenty of flavor. I went with a spicy level of 2 to be on the very safe side, but a 3 would have been fine for my relatively capsaicin-sensitive palate. The duck was a very close second; it's not served with crispy skin, but does come in evenly sliced and tender pieces. The rice was cooked nicely, not too wet or dry, and took on the curry flavor readily. The two hunks of lychee in the curry were an interesting choice to say the least, considering that there were no veggies of any sort in this dish. I get that it's possible to make the dish without bell peppers or whatnot, but I think the texture and perceived health benefits are generally nicer to have. Maybe a bit my fault for not more carefully parsing the menu, but I can't recall ever having a Panang curry like this before. Service was solid, and they refilled our water regularly despite leaving a carafe at the table. The atmosphere was dim overall, but they had overhead lights pointing down to help light up the food, which would have made some sort of colorfully contrasting ingredients a big plus to my entree's presentation. Lemongrass is not perfect, but I would definitely be interested in checking out some of their other menu items. Everyone else at the table seemed to enjoy their choices, and the menu has a lot of interesting options.

My friends and I recently dined at Lemongrass and the experience was great! This was my second visit to the restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. We ordered Red thai curry and Pad Ke mao to share. Both were absolutely amazing! My friend also ordered a lemongrass thai tea and she said the drink was very refreshing. Even though it is Vegas, surprisingly most restaurants shut pretty soon, we were glad we could enjoy late night dinner at this place. Lemongrass is located in Aria resort and it is definitely one of my favorite resorts on the strip. Check out this place if you would like to try authentic Thai cuisine.

Loved the ambiance and the food did not disappoint . Lemongrass is located casino level at Aria Hotel. I ordered the drunken chicken noodles but watch how spicy you ask for it. I ordered medium but to me it was very spicy. It had a wonderful flavor, though. My favorite was the chicken satay. Probably the best thing I ordered. The Pad See Ew was a little bland and definitely needed more sauce. The potstickers were very crunchy on the outside and very flavorful on the inside. The sauce that came with it was really good. Service was efficient but a little stuffy Prices of food are reasonable All in all a good restaurant in the Aria for the price point
